We offer just enough personal choices to make this happen without overwhelming you with “too much stuff”. We are here to guide you every step of the way from choosing your lot and house plan to assisting you with the personal choices that best meet the style of home you are looking to create.
Finding the neighborhood and location that best suits you and your family’s needs is the first step. Then it comes down to choosing the lot. Location is the one thing you will not be able to change later. We are always looking for new locations and new neighborhoods as well.
We are here to listen to your needs and help you decide which home layout and style best suits your vision. We have taken a lot of time to design our homes with a style and plan that we would feel comfortable living in. We know that every family has their own unique vision for their home, and will we will be there to help them implement our personal choices to see that vision come to life.
We have been in the new construction business for over 30 years and have good working relationships with lenders who work well with us and who have proven to be reliable and professional. We will provide you with a list of preferred lenders and ask you to talk with them about construction loans and getting a pre-approval to begin moving forward with the new build process.
At this stage all of your work is done, and it is time to sit back and watch it all become a reality! We will contact you and set up meetings throughout the construction of your home to keep you updated and informed.
